OpenAI: May process your prompts and attachments when AI features are served by OpenAI. OpenAI does not set cookies on our site.
Anthropic: May process your prompts and attachments when AI features are served by Claude. Anthropic does not set cookies on our site.
ElevenLabs: May process audio data during AI voice practice sessions. ElevenLabs does not set cookies on our site.
LiveKit: Routes audio in real-time during voice room sessions. LiveKit does not set cookies on our site.
Sentry: Receives error reports and a sampled portion of performance-timing data (such as page-load and request timing, with no message or content) when something goes wrong or to help us find slow paths. Sentry does not set cookies or use local storage.
PostHog: Provides privacy-friendly product analytics (which pages and features are used) so we can improve OwnSlides, hosted in the EU. Analytics in your browser only runs after you accept analytics in the cookie banner; until then no analytics cookies or browser storage are set. We also send a small number of first-party operational events from our servers (such as account creation and onboarding completion, and aggregate, non-content AI-usage metrics). Google Ads: Measures whether ad campaigns lead to sign-ups, so we can understand which advertising brings new people to OwnSlides. This only runs after you accept advertising in the cookie banner; until then, Google Consent Mode keeps advertising and measurement storage disabled and no advertising cookies are set. We do not send your email or other personal details to Google for this, and we do not sell your data. (Google Ads)
Klipy: Provides GIF search results in chat. Klipy may set cookies or use local storage according to their own policies.
Cloudflare Turnstile: Cloudflare Turnstile is used during registration to verify you are human. Cloudflare may set cookies for bot detection purposes.

We do not sell your data. Product analytics (PostHog) and advertising measurement (Google Ads) are both optional and only run after you accept them in the cookie banner; until then, no analytics or advertising cookies or browser storage are set. PostHog is privacy-friendly and EU-hosted; Google Ads runs under Google Consent Mode, which keeps advertising storage disabled until you consent. A small number of cookie-free, first-party operational events are also sent from our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sentry is used for error and performance monitoring to improve service reliability; it does not set cookies or use browser storage.
