Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OwnSlides ("the Service"), an interactive education platform operated by Devcraft, MB ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Who We Are

OwnSlides is operated by the company identified below. You can contact us or serve any legal notice using these details:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OwnSlides, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using OwnSlides, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Service Availability and Restrictions

The Service is operated from the European Union and the United States and is intended for users in jurisdictions where accessing it is lawful. The Service may be unavailable or degraded in some regions for reasons outside our control, including local network restrictions, and we make no guarantee that it will be available in any particular country.

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes (including, where applicable, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), or if you appear on any restricted-party or denied-persons list. By using the Service, you represent that none of these apply to you.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction regarding your use of the Service.

Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using OwnSlides, including vocabulary slides, lessons, and exported media.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload to the Service, including but not limited to images, audio files, and other media.

We have no obligation to verify the ownership or licensing status of user-uploaded content. The responsibility lies entirely with you to ensure you have proper rights to use the content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.

Content Reporting

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. If you believe content on OwnSlides violates these Terms or applicable laws:

• Users and visitors may report content that violates these Terms of Service
• We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal and account suspension
• Submitting false or abusive reports may result in restrictions on your account
• We reserve the right to determine the appropriate action for any reported content at our sole discretion

Copyright and DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws in other jurisdictions.

Designated Agent for Notices

Send copyright notices and counter-notifications to our designated agent by emailing support@ownslides.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notification". Postal notices may be sent to Devcraft, MB at the registered address available in the Lithuanian business registry linked from our website.

What a Takedown Notice Must Include

To be valid, a takedown notice must contain all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved
• The URL or other specific location of the allegedly infringing content on OwnSlides, with enough detail for us to find it
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
• Your physical or electronic signature

How We Handle Notices

• We review valid notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported content
• We notify the user who posted the content and may provide them with a copy of the notice, including your contact information, so they can respond
• We may reject notices that are incomplete, appear to be sent in bad faith, or relate to content that is clearly a fair use or otherwise lawful

Counter-Notifications

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification must include: (a) your identification of the removed content and the location where it appeared; (b) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; (c) your name, address, and phone number; (d) a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., of Lithuania) and to accept service of process from the original complainant; and (e) your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content after a reasonable waiting period, unless the complainant files a court action first.

We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Accounts that are the subject of multiple valid copyright notices may be suspended or permanently terminated, even where individual notices have not been tested in court.

Submitting a false, abusive, or bad-faith notice may result in liability for damages under applicable law, including costs and attorneys' fees, and may lead to restrictions on your OwnSlides account.

Prohibited Content and Uses

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, share, or distribute:

• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content (unless clearly educational in nature)
• Nudity or sexually suggestive content involving minors (zero tolerance - immediate permanent ban and report to authorities)
• Violent, graphic, or gory content intended to shock or disturb
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or content intended to harm others
• Spam, misleading content, or deceptive practices
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Content that attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Any use that could damage or overburden our infrastructure
• Removing, hiding, cropping, obscuring, or otherwise tampering with OwnSlides watermarks or branding on any content created using the Service, whether exported, screen-recorded, screenshotted, or captured by any other means
• Using screen recording, screenshots, or any capture method to bypass watermark requirements or export limitations
• Sharing, selling, or redistributing content created with OwnSlides without the required watermark visible, regardless of how the content was obtained
• Creating tools, scripts, or automated methods to remove watermarks or circumvent Service restrictions
• Recording, distributing, or broadcasting audio from rooms without consent of all participants
• Content that has no genuine educational or language-learning purpose, including off-topic, spam, purely promotional, or filler material created mainly to game rankings, points, or visibility

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

OwnSlides, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Devcraft, MB and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services for certain features. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure for storage and processing (Amazon Web Services)
• Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions (Stripe, Inc.)
• OpenAI: AI-powered content generation (OpenAI)
• Anthropic: AI-powered content generation (Anthropic Claude)
• ElevenLabs: AI voice conversations and text-to-speech (ElevenLabs)
• LiveKit: Real-time audio routing for voice rooms (LiveKit)
• Sentry: Error monitoring and application performance (Sentry)
• Klipy: GIF search and display in chat (Klipy)
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot protection and CAPTCHA verification during registration (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Subscriptions and Payments

OwnSlides offers subscription plans with different features and usage limits.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

Plan Features and Allocations

Each subscription plan includes specific allocations for credits, storage, exports, and other features.

• We reserve the right to modify the features, allocations, or limits included in any subscription plan
• Changes may include adjustments to credit limits, storage quotas, export allowances, resolution limits, or other usage-based features
• We will provide at least 30 days notice before any changes that reduce existing allocations take effect
• New features and increased allocations may be added to plans at any time
• If you do not agree with changes to your plan, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect without penalty
• Continued use of the Service after notified changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes
• Exports and AI generation history are automatically deleted after a plan-dependent retention period as shown on the pricing page. Exports linked to active community promotions are preserved regardless of retention period.

Credits

Certain features on OwnSlides consume credits. Credits are included in your subscription plan or can be purchased separately.

• Paid features consume credits from your monthly allocation or purchased credit packs
• Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over
• Purchased credit packs do not expire and remain available until used
• Credits consumed by an operation are non-refundable once the operation has started, even if the result is imperfect
• We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for paid operations with 30 days notice
• Translation character allowances are separate from credits and are consumed when using text, image, or document translation features
• AI generation is subject to tier-based concurrency limits — lower tiers may only run a limited number of jobs at the same time, while higher tiers share a larger fair-use queue. We may adjust these limits to protect service quality for all users.
• Bulk operations (for example, generating images for many slides or exercises at once) consume credits per unit and count against your concurrency limit for the duration of the batch

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but OwnSlides generally does not offer refunds. The sections below explain why and what happens when you cancel, downgrade, or are banned.

How Cancellation Works

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to your paid tier, monthly credits, and any tier-unlocked collectibles until that date
• If you downgrade to a lower paid tier, the change also takes effect at the end of the current billing period; upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe handles proration automatically
• After your paid period ends, monthly subscription credits expire and do not carry over; purchased credit packs remain in your balance and can still be used

No Refunds Policy

Because many of our subscription benefits — AI credits, collectible avatars, and other digital items — are granted and consumable immediately, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees or credit purchases, including for partial or unused billing periods. Downgrades and cancellations end future charges but do not trigger a refund of the current period.

Refunds at Our Discretion

We may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis, entirely at our discretion, in situations such as accidental duplicate charges, a service outage that prevented you from using a feature you paid for, or a genuine billing error on our side. Sending us a refund request does not entitle you to a refund, and past refunds do not commit us to issuing future ones.

Suspension and Bans

• If your account is suspended or banned for violating these Terms, your subscription is not automatically cancelled or refunded
• You remain responsible for cancelling your subscription through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal to stop future charges
• No refunds or credits are issued for time spent under suspension or ban, and continued billing does not restore access

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this section limits any refund or withdrawal right you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including the EU distance selling rules where they apply. To request a refund on any basis, email us at support@ownslides.com with your account email and Stripe receipt.

AI-Generated Content

OwnSlides offers AI-powered features to help you create content.

• AI-generated content is provided as a creative starting point and may require your review and editing
• You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring AI-generated content is accurate and appropriate
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, biases, or inaccuracies
• You retain ownership of content you create using AI features, subject to these Terms
• AI features are subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan
• AI features include text-to-speech (TTS), AI-powered lesson generation, and AI voice conversation practice — these are provided on a best-effort basis and may not always produce perfect results
• We support a wide variety of languages, but AI accuracy and quality may vary by language — some languages may have limited or no AI support
• AI voice conversations are generated by third-party AI services and are not a substitute for human instruction
• All platform features (lesson creation, editing, sharing) work fully without AI — AI-assisted features are optional enhancements
• AI-generated study plans, vocabulary definitions, and translation outputs are provided as aids and should not be relied upon as authoritative references
• AI-powered pronunciation analysis provides estimated scores and feedback — results may vary and should not be considered a professional assessment
• AI-generated exercises in chat (fill-in-the-blank, multiple choice, sentence ordering) are educational tools and may occasionally contain errors
• You own the AI-generated output you create with OwnSlides, to the extent such output is eligible for ownership under applicable law. In some jurisdictions, purely AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection, and you are responsible for checking local rules before relying on exclusive rights to such output.
• AI features are served by third-party providers, currently OpenAI and Anthropic. When you use these features, your prompts and attachments are sent to the selected provider and are processed under that provider's own terms (see their policies, linked from our Privacy Policy).
• OwnSlides does not use your prompts, uploads, chat messages, or generated outputs to train our own models, and we do not run any internal fine-tuning on user content. Where a third-party provider's default terms permit them to retain inputs for abuse monitoring or other purposes described in their policy, that retention is governed by the provider's terms, not by us.
• Art. 50 EU AI Act disclosure: A substantial portion of the content on OwnSlides — including lesson text, exercises, vocabulary explanations, generated images, AI-tutor speech, and adaptive practice items — is either generated or substantively assisted by AI systems (currently OpenAI, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs). Human creators and reviewers may correct, edit, or augment AI outputs before they are published, so individual items may range from fully AI-generated to AI-drafted-then-human-edited to fully human-authored. Unless content is explicitly attributed to a named human creator (for example, via a username on a gallery lesson), please assume it has been generated or shaped by AI. This blanket disclosure is made under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act) and the equivalent transparency obligations in other jurisdictions.

Translation Services

OwnSlides provides AI-powered translation features including text, image, and document translation.

• Translation services are provided on a best-effort basis and may not always produce perfectly accurate results
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of translations, especially for professional, legal, or medical use
• Image and document translation uses optical character recognition (OCR) which may not perfectly capture all text, particularly from handwritten, stylized, or low-quality sources
• Translation usage is tracked in characters and subject to daily limits based on your subscription plan
• Additional translation characters can be purchased separately and do not expire
• We do not guarantee availability of translation for all language pairs

Study Plans and Vocabulary Learning

OwnSlides offers AI-generated study plans and spaced repetition-based vocabulary learning.

• Study plans are generated by AI based on your language, proficiency level, and time preferences — they are suggestions, not professional curricula
• Generating a study plan consumes credits from your allocation
• Spaced repetition schedules are calculated algorithmically and may not suit every learning style
• Vocabulary words saved to your account are stored on our servers and synced across your devices
• Study plan completion earns points used for leaderboard rankings and tier progression

Points, Rankings, and Tiers

OwnSlides includes a gamification system to encourage learning engagement.

• Points are earned through activities including completing study plans, practicing vocabulary, and contributing content
• Points are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for credits, subscriptions, or any other benefit
• Leaderboard rankings are calculated weekly and your ranking may be visible to other users
• Tier progression (practice and creator tiers) is based on cumulative activity and may be adjusted at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify the points system, tier thresholds, or ranking algorithms at any time

Virtual Items: Avatars, Accessories, and Gifts

OwnSlides offers collectible virtual items — including avatars, accessories that you can equip, and gifts that users can send to one another — earned through achievements, subscription tier, or in-app interactions.

• Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, credits, or anything else of value, and are not transferable between accounts
• You do not own the underlying artwork or design of any virtual item — we grant you a limited, revocable license to display and use it within OwnSlides
• Virtual items unlocked by reaching a paid subscription tier remain available in your collection even if you later downgrade or cancel, but you may not be able to equip or acquire new tier-gated items while on a lower tier
• Monthly subscription credits are separate from virtual items and are forfeited at the end of your paid period if you cancel or downgrade
• Virtual items and the collection itself are lost when your account is deleted — we cannot restore them once the account and its data have been purged
• We may add, remove, rebalance, or retire virtual items at any time for operational, legal, or design reasons, without any obligation to compensate you

Service Availability and Maintenance

We aim to keep OwnSlides available at all times, but sometimes the Service needs to be taken offline.

• We perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, which may temporarily make parts or all of the Service unavailable
• When we put OwnSlides into maintenance mode, certain features (including AI generation, payments, and content creation) may be disabled; we try to give notice for planned maintenance where reasonable
• Downtime caused by maintenance, outages, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events does not, on its own, entitle you to a refund
• If an extended outage meaningfully prevents you from using a paid feature, we may issue credit or a discretionary refund on a case-by-case basis, as described in the Cancellation and Refunds section

Audio Rooms and Real-Time Communication

OwnSlides provides audio rooms that allow users to practice language skills through real-time voice conversations with other users.

• Audio rooms use a server-mediated architecture (LiveKit SFU) — your audio is routed through LiveKit's servers to other participants, and participants' IP addresses are not exposed to each other
• You must not record, store, or distribute audio from calls without explicit consent of all participants
• Room creators may remove participants at their discretion
• We do not record or store audio from voice rooms — audio is relayed in real-time through LiveKit's servers and is not persisted
• Audio room availability and quality depend on your network conditions — we do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Conduct in audio rooms is subject to the same community guidelines as all other platform features — harassment, hate speech, and inappropriate behavior are prohibited

Language Practice Matchmaking

OwnSlides offers a matchmaking feature that pairs users for language practice sessions based on their language preferences.

• Matchmaking pairs users automatically based on language preferences — we do not guarantee finding a match
• You agree to treat matched partners respectfully — abusive behavior may result in account suspension
• You may report inappropriate conduct during or after a matched session
• Matchmaking data (language preferences, session history) is used solely to improve match quality

Music Library License

OwnSlides provides a library of AI-generated instrumental music tracks for use as background audio in your content. By using any music from the OwnSlides music library, you agree to the following terms:

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use music tracks from the OwnSlides music library solely as embedded background audio in content created with OwnSlides. Permitted uses include embedding tracks in exported videos and images, posting exported content containing background music to social media platforms, and using exported content for personal and commercial purposes, including monetized content.

Ownership and Restrictions

You may not:

• Download, extract, or isolate music tracks for standalone use outside of OwnSlides exports
• Redistribute tracks as a music collection, sound library, or sample pack
• Upload tracks to music streaming or distribution services (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music)
• Sell, resell, or sub-license the music tracks in any form
• Use tracks as training data for artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Claim copyright ownership over any music track from the OwnSlides library

AI-Generated Music Notice

All music tracks in the OwnSlides library are generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated music may not qualify for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. We make no representation or warranty regarding the copyrightability of these tracks. You use the music at your own risk with respect to any intellectual property claims.

Library Availability

OwnSlides may add, remove, or modify music tracks in the library at any time without prior notice. Changes to the library do not affect content you have already exported.

No Exclusivity

Music tracks in the OwnSlides library are not exclusive to any user. The same or similar music may be used by other users of the Service or may be available through other platforms. You have no right to exclusive use of any track.

Attribution

Music tracks are attributed to "OwnSlides Music" within the Service. You are not required to provide attribution when posting exported content containing background music. However, you must not misattribute any track to yourself or to any other artist or entity.

Community Content Guidelines

When sharing content publicly through our gallery or community features, you agree to:

• Create content that is respectful and appropriate for all audiences
• Ensure educational content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Not mislead others about your qualifications or expertise
• Give proper attribution when using content from other sources
• Report content that violates these guidelines
• Accept that we may remove content that violates these guidelines without notice

Content Moderation and Educational Purpose

OwnSlides is a platform for creating and sharing language-learning and educational content. To keep it useful and safe, we actively moderate the lessons, collections, and other content shared on the Service.

Educational Purpose Requirement

Lessons, collections, and other content you publish or share publicly must serve a genuine educational or language-learning purpose. Content that is off-topic, spam, purely promotional, or otherwise unrelated to education may be removed, even if it does not breach any other rule in these Terms.

How We Moderate

We use a combination of methods to review content shared on the Service:

• Automated systems that screen content for prohibited material, off-topic or non-educational content, and other policy violations
• Review by our administrators and moderators, on their own initiative or in response to user reports
• User reporting tools that let the community flag content for review

Actions We May Take

Where content does not meet our educational-purpose requirement or otherwise violates these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Hide content from public galleries, search, and community features while leaving it accessible to you
• Remove or delete the content entirely
• Limit the reach or visibility of the content
• Issue a warning, or suspend or permanently ban the account responsible for repeated or serious violations

Automated and human moderation are not perfect, and we do not guarantee that every violating piece of content will be detected or removed, nor that legitimate content will never be affected by mistake. If you believe your content was actioned in error, you can contact us at support@ownslides.com to request a review.

Educational Content Disclaimer

OwnSlides provides tools for creating and consuming educational content. Please note:

• Educational content on OwnSlides is created by community members and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or quality of user-created educational content
• Content should not be considered a substitute for professional instruction or official educational resources
• Language learning content may not reflect regional variations, dialects, or cultural nuances
• Users should cross-reference important information with authoritative sources
• We are not responsible for any learning outcomes or reliance on community-created content

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVCRAFT, MB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Devcraft, MB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service and any content you create, upload, or share
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Any content you upload that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, including but not limited to images, audio files, videos, or other media
• Any third-party claims alleging that your uploaded content violates their copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights
• Your failure to obtain proper licenses or permissions for content you upload

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

Account Suspension and Bans

We may temporarily suspend or permanently ban your account for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to posting prohibited content.

• Temporary suspensions may be issued for minor or first-time violations
• Permanent bans are issued for serious violations, repeated offenses, or illegal content
• We will notify you of the reason for suspension or ban when possible
• You may appeal a suspension by contacting our support team

Subscriptions During Suspension or Ban

If your account is suspended or banned:

• Your subscription will NOT be automatically cancelled or refunded
• You are responsible for cancelling your subscription through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support
• No refunds or prorated credits will be provided for the period of suspension or ban
• Continued billing during a ban does not entitle you to restored access
• Contact our support team if you need assistance cancelling your subscription

Administrative Account Access

For debugging and support purposes, our authorized administrators may temporarily access your account view:

• Impersonation is strictly limited to technical troubleshooting and user support
• All impersonation sessions are logged with timestamps, reason, and administrator identity
• Administrators cannot modify your data, make purchases, or take irreversible actions while impersonating
• Impersonation sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes
• Credit usage during impersonation is charged to the administrator's account, not yours
• You may request a log of any impersonation sessions on your account by contacting support

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution

We want to address any concerns you may have without needing formal legal proceedings.

• Informal Resolution First: Before filing any claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at our support email. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
• Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Lithuania, rather than in court. This arbitration clause does not apply to consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction where mandatory consumer arbitration is unenforceable. Consumers in those jurisdictions retain the right to bring claims in their local courts of competent jurisdiction.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. This class-action waiver does not apply to consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction where class-action waivers in consumer contracts are unenforceable.
• Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring individual actions in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first using the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Devcraft, MB regarding your use of the Service. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, epidemics or pandemics, government actions or orders, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, and failures of third-party service providers.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
